New study shows job recruiters and hiring managers look for three primary résumé characteristics. In order of importance, candidates with (1) Relevant, Current & Continual Work Experience, (2) a College Degree or Enrolled in College, and (3) Achievements listed on their resumes were more likely to be selected by hiring managers for employment interviews.
