Recruiting Best Practices

College and Campus Recruiting services were implemented.

Program began with the design of a college recruitment strategy and the implementation of a new college hiring and onboarding process.

The WorkPlace Group’s Multimethod-Multisource Candidate Acquisition (MMCA) was used to source candidates across disciplines and majors. The talent acquisition strategy included campus job postings, on-campus registrations for events and on-campus interviews, managing campus event and interview logistics, social recruiting and the active sourcing of passive candidates.

Candidates were evaluated and qualified using WPG’s Structured Resume Checklists, WPG Web Screens, and WPG’s Structured Assessments, which incorporated client’s candidate phone screens.

Interview and candidate travel logistics were managed for thousands of job candidates travelling to and from locations dispersed throughout the U.S. Candidates were provided with 24/7 travel assistance and received prepaid travel services.

Client also was provided with job offer management and onboarding assistance.

The WorkPlace Group worked as a seamless, extension of client’s in-house talent acquisition team. Our recruitment expertise, methodology and scalability provided the client with the resources and capability they needed to fulfill their hiring requirements.
